For beautiful drapes

By furnituresj

After the kids grew up and moved out I suddenly felt lost. My husband still worked long hours and I felt like life had passed me by. I felt quite lonely. So I decided to build a couple of rooms at the back of our property and let out rooms for brief periods like a bed and breakfast. I figured it would keep me busy, I would meet new people and make some money. I had great fun getting it all together. My brother-in-law is a construction engineer and he had his guys get the building up for me.

Then I went over to The Yardstick which is the place I use for all my upholstery and drapes. They did all my window treatments and their quality and range of fabrics are simply fantastic. I decided on a theme for each of the bed and breakfast rooms and the staff at The Yardstick helped me put together complementing drapery and upholstery for each room. I also picked up some accessories for each room according to the theme. They have a nice collection of accessories in their drapery showroom in Cupertino.

They are also the Hunter Douglas dealers in the Bay area. They have a huge collection of drapes and drape rods too. They have various materials and a whole range of colors for drapes.
